Where do I find my gallery code?
You’ll receive it in your delivery email. If you can’t find it, send a message through the contact form and include your session date.
Can I download full-resolution files?
Yes—downloads are enabled for delivered galleries. If you need a different file type or size, request it and I’ll help.
How long will my gallery stay online?
Galleries are typically available for a limited time after delivery. If you need extended access, reach out and I can re-enable it.
Can I share my gallery with family?
Yes. Share the link and code with anyone you’d like to view and download (unless your gallery is marked as view-only).
I entered my code and nothing happened—what now?
Double-check spelling and capitalization, then try again. If it still doesn’t work, contact me and I’ll resend your access details.
Do you offer prints and albums?
Yes. If you’d like prints, wall art, or an album, message me and I’ll share options and recommendations.
